About Us
We are the Koprowskis...

And if you’re new here… this probably looks like
just a farm. But it’s not.
This life—farming, homesteading, off-grid living,
homeschooling, and raising our family in a
400 sq. ft. tiny home—has been a faith-led journey
from the beginning.
We dreamed about that tiny home in 2009…and in 2019,
we built it from scratch on land we had been praying for.
Land we thought would be used differently.
“In their hearts humans plan their course,
but the Lord establishes their steps.” — Proverbs 16:9
And that has pretty much been the story of this place.
We never planned to have an off-grid farm. We certainly
didn’t have all of this mapped out. We’ve simply tried to follow
where the Lord leads—and learned to stop when He doesn’t.
Somewhere along the way, this place became more than land.
People began showing up—not just for the animals or the events, but for the way it feels to be here.
We watch it happen all the time—shoulders drop, conversations slow, kids run free, + people stay longer than they planned.
And we started to understand that maybe the blessings God had given us weren’t meant to stop with our family.
They were meant to be shared. So that’s what we’ve tried to do. We’ve shared our animals, our land, our experiences, what we’ve learned, what we grow and make, and this little life the Lord somehow led us into.
Because what we’re really building here… is space.
Space to breathe.
Space to reconnect.
Space to learn and play.
Space to feel like yourself again.
Space that is wholesome and good.
In a world that feels rushed and heavy, we’re trying to create something that maybe never should have been lost—
kindness, patience, goodness, grace and the simple things. We also have a very personal heart for people walking through hard things. Our own family knows what it is to face illness, uncertainty, and seasons when life looks very different than you thought it would.
That’s part of why we believe so deeply in creating a place where people can simply come and be.
And now, what began so naturally is becoming something we’ve dreamed about and prayed through for years:
The Old Citrus Estate—South Florida’s first Wellness Farm + Micro Retreat.
Through animal therapy, farm experiences, wellness offerings, boutique farm stays, and quiet moments, we’re creating space for the mind, body and soul.
And as we grow, one piece of this mission is especially important to us:
making some of that goodness available without a price tag attached.
We’ll continue setting aside complimentary animal-therapy experiences for members of our community walking through chronic illness, anxiety, depression, PTSD, disabilities, and other difficult seasons of life—including those who have served our country and our communities.
And as the Lord provides and this little farm continues to grow, we hope to expand those opportunities even further—including more accessible experiences for children with special needs, homeschool families, and others in our community who could benefit from what happens here.
Not because any of this is ours to boast about. These are blessings from the Lord.
We’re simply trying not to keep those blessings to ourselves.
Whether that means sharing the peace of an afternoon spent cuddling a goat, creating a meaningful learning experience for a child, helping a family find a professionally cuddle-trained Nigerian Dwarf goat or bunny of their own, or turning our goat milk into handmade goods for the Farm Shop—it all comes back to the same thing:
taking what we’ve been given and finding ways to share it.
Whatever the Lord wills and wherever He leads this wild adventure next, we’ll do our best to walk in it.
This isn’t just a farm.
It’s something you don’t fully understand… until you’re standing in it.
We’re really glad you found us.
